How do I start a conversation or add a contact?

To add a contact or create a new conversation, please do the following:

1. Open the OV Loop App
2. Navigate to the “OV Chat” tab at the bottom of the screen
3. If not already there, navigate to the “PEOPLE” tab at the top of the page
4. Tap on either the new conversation button in the top-right corner of the screen, or the “Add more people to my loop” prompt
5. Search for people active in the app by typing in their name
6. Invite new users to the app using the invitation prompts on the new contacts page
