Can I connect my bank account?

Yes, you can connect your bank account to the OV Loop App. However, you will not be able to use it for topping-up your rewards card at this time. That functionality is under development and will come with a future release. Stay tuned!

To add a bank account to the app, please do the following:

  1. Open the OV Loop App
  2. Tap on the “Bank Accounts” card listed on the main page
  3. On the “Bank Accounts” page, tap on the prompt on the bottom of the page
  4. Fill out the form presented and follow the on-screen prompts
